Looks just like her. When they do Arkham Joker he will look just as good. I hope they manage to get the strand of hair that no figure seams to get or miss...

OH! So that's why! I was wondering because the City Hunter has regular hip joints. That's for the clear up. XD

Man I wish Neca could make these in 1/12 scale. 1/4 is just too big. She turned out nice and I don't even like this design.

Blame Mattel for thier stupid restrictions... I'm sure if it were up to NECA we'd have an full Arkham/Returns/ and other 7 inch DC figures line.

There's no restrictions coming from Mattel. It's business. Mattel bought the license to mass produce DC figures in 4
, 6" and 12" scale. And then they purchase the rights for movies and video games, and the Batman 66' TV show.
I just blame Mattel for still holding on to the license. Although they are making new 6" DC figures right now but too little too late with the effort. The figure designs are from 2006. No improvements.

Um yeah there is restrictions... Mattel is greedy and don't want to compete with NECA cause they know in the end they would loose. Just like playmates. Mattel is scared and they know taht NECA's figures are better. Thats why they won't let NECA do an 7 inch DC line.

I mean from a business point of view, of course Mattel would want to reduce as much competition as possible. Sucks for us consumers, but it is what it is. Business.
