Yep, seems a pretty big coincidence that The Flash has also been pushed back over 6 months. Also with the Discovery merger happening right now. Definitely changes happening to that movie, as well as Black Adam pushed back with re-shoots.

I don't know his suit gets worse with each movie. This looks almost CW quality. Hope it's different.

The DS sucks too, the ZSJL version was good.

Again I really don’t see the issue then. Snyder’s stuff has always been divisive, and there’s new stuff that’s been successful the past year that has nothing to do with him or his work. So the idea that you’d have fans migrating in who are interested in stuff other than his work is just common sense, IMO, even when that sub has a reputation for being extremely pro-Snyder.

I find myself kind of agreeing with the guy saying at the end of the day it’s really not that big a deal, and that the highly charged, life or death framing of the issue is part of what’s made me wary of it. That and the aggression, though the supporters at least seem mostly polite in the thread.

I think the main benefit of this cinematic moment winning the competition is that it yet again demonstrates to David Zaslav how strong and active the Snyderverse fandom is. That and the 1.54M tweets of #RestoreTheSnyderVerse in 2021. The 660-ishK tweets this past March 18 wasn’t too shabby either. Anyway, Zaslav is the one that it really matters right now if he’s paying attention to that imho.

But that being said, imo the narrative on Zack among the news media began to change with the response to ZSJL. There are still critics and YT CBM commentators that hate Zack. But when it comes to mainstream media articles they’re painting him more as a comeback kid. Mainstream media likes feel good stories like that.

The thing is, people have proven and still prove at every opportunity that they have that they want more work from Zack Snyder, yes there are people who hate him and I just feel sorry for them for not having a life outside of being a Snyder Hater, but we we are definitely watching his Resurrection as a storyteller, creator and director and who knows what the future holds for him at the Oscars in the future.

You know, it's easily become one of those movies that I can just pop in and really enjoy anytime now. It doesn't even feel like 4hrs to me.

I’m a huge fan of The Batman but thankfully enough my brain is also capable of enjoying MOS/BvS/ZSJL.

I don’t see why I can’t support both where is it written that to love one you need to abandon the other that’s crazy talk.

I take it back this movie isn’t outstanding and entertaining…nope I was wrong.

It’s freaking epic is what it is as good as anything from the MCU!

During Cyborg’s vision when Superman was holding a crispy Lois corpse and Darkseid put his big hand on Superman’s shoulder to console him it still gave me goosebumps.

I too love both iterations of Batman here as well, and hope we get more films of both........I also hope Toby Emmerich get's fired. That will help the cause a LOT !
