That's exactly what people were saying when they did the reveal of the original JL Supes as well. I wouldn't hold your breath. Especially because they would have to change 2 head sculpts.

Yeah, and if so, I can live with that, it's a good head sculpt.
I'm really curious as to how the black suit is going to look with the underchrome. And in some shots from the trailers the suit looks pretty shiny.

Well, interestingly Justin of Justin's Corner just called black suit Supes and Knightmare Bats as "reissues" the other day. He specifically mentioned those two. I mean, he stated he didn't know and it was indeed just a guess. And an easy guess for anyone to make.
But!... Justin does have his connections... makes me wonder if he knows a bit more than he's saying.
Anyway, Justin also made one more mention beyond the Supes/Bats set we're seeing released. He also basically signaled that Cyborg, while an expensive figure for HT to make, still isn't completely out of the question. Howard Chan is probably waiting to see how well ZSJL does.
I mentioned this the other day but maybe bears repeating. Why does anyone think an expensive Cyborg would not sell? I just paid $350 for Crown Series Asmus Gandalf the Gray. I had to have him to complete my LotR collection. A couple years ago when I finally came across Asmus SLIM Aragon on eBay brand new for $400 I snatched it up immediately.
Collectors routinely pay some big honkin' price tags for MCU figures.
Especially if ZSJL is hugely popular they can price him at over $400 (comparable to Iron Man figures) and he will sell out fast.
I hope I'm wrong, but the lazily thrown together Superman figure really makes me think this is just gonna be a one and done thing for HT, and they've got no plans to make anything else from the movie.

I would love a Martian Manhunter, but yes, the fact that this is pretty much just a reissue of two previous figures makes me think we won't get anything more than this.
(And given that these are two figures that have already been released, don't hold your breathe on any updates to the sculpts. What you see in those promo pics is what you are getting.)

After watching the Snyder cut. I definitely want a Synder SteppenWolf figure..however what’s the best way HT can create to pinpoint accuracy this armor. The armor itself was gorgeously depicted as a living breathing organism that was in constant movement every time he moved 
It goes beyond just using metallic paint ..HT might have to make this in the nature of glass material
If anyone is wondering on my assessment..watch the Synder cut and you will see clearly my doubts

Yes Steppenwolf would be extremely difficult for them to make I think. However I'd happily take Darkseid instead !

Wow, they actually made me like Cyborg's character. I remember thinking he was too deadpan in the Whedon cut. Yeah he's just super depressed. I'm down for him and I'm also down for Darkseid!!! So that pretty much guarentees I won't be spending a dime on any figures from this movie.

I have to begrudgingly agree. The two reissues are a nice set to be sure, but no real or new R&D to make it happen. They've even done the black suit once already with Zod. And while the assumption is that the Zack cut has to really overpreform to kick HT enough to do more, I disagree. HT could put up the same proto of Cyborg that made the convention rounds a few years back and it would sell out quickly. Many folks (myself included) would gladly pick it up to complete the JL lineup. But it would be an expensive figure to produce so how much interest would be enough for HT to throw the switch?
As for other characters like Darkseid or Steppenwolf, and we're looking at two oversized figures needing specialized bodies and some heavy R&D.
I'd love a SWAT vested Knightmare Joker to go with black suit Superman & Knightmare Batman, but that's doubtful too.
No, I think Dave's right...this set is probably it for the Snyder Cut. I wouldn't complain being wrong here....

Probably a long shot but wonder if HT would reissue the regular suit Batman with true black and grey colour instead of that slight blue hue the original figure had in line with Whedon's movie.
