I get the sense that the game took place over the course of, at least, a year. Otherwise, they'd have only spent a few days at each hideout, depending on how quickly you play through the game. I tend to see it as each chapter taking place over the course of a few months. It would've taken them at least a few weeks to sail back to Lemoyne from Guarma.

probably between 1-2 months, since they only move from Lakay to the last camp at that point, but I don't remember if that was before of after.
