Looks like it would be a good use of a Hasbro phase 1 helm since the shape of the nose of theirs was off so bad, so sculpting over it would save one from the garbage heap.

I used a koto 1 for my bacara as its a bit smaller, i have a spare 1 maybe that will do the job.

I thought i'd have a go at making a neyo helmet. Its rough atm and needs more work, cleaning up, sanding etc, and yes i need to cut my nails

Looks good to me . As for using the Hasbro , I don't think it would be 100% satisfactory . I used one for my ( own EU ) clone and although it looked good , alongside other (non Hasbro) clones , it looks HUGE and sculpting on top of this would only emphasise this .

It was some material off a mouse mat i had spare lol, i think its some kind of spandex sort of material.
Just made the 1st bodysuit dorgs and its a fail its too tight, other than that it would be ok lol. I'll start again tomoz my brains all fuzzy.

Well all done and its taken a while but it worth it.
Still not 100% in the paint job. From what I can tell and gasing the Chakaman, Thire was a regular Shock Trooper.
But the Hasbro version has him with some commander parts. Also he has a black belt (not Bruce Lee style) and black holsters. also his arm band (not water wings) is on the left arm.
If any one has any other info please let me know before I completely finish him.
