I was able to do it in one piece mold, I just created a 2 vent mold one to pour the cast and the other for a vent to let air bubbles out. I'll take some pics of the cast later to night, the holster in also in one piece.

I reckon the hands dremelled round inside and drilled a smidge would easily take a peg nps.

I wanted to thank Chris publicly for this great idea to create a Commander Thire, and for lending me some of your stuff so I could cast them. This is one of my favorite figures now, and secondly I hope I haven’t over stepped my bounds by posting some pics in your thread.

My clone Commander is slowly getting there.

Still got the top parts of the pauldron to cast but everything else is getting there. Massive cheers to Cbob for sending me the koto bits to cast.

Quick up date on my commander.

Well I have remade the shoulder pads for the pauldron and cast them up and here it is so far just the holster straps and upper arm strap to do then painting time! Might try to get a shock trooper.

I finished my commander Thire he's my 2nd commander so ive got a few more yet to get lol. Im really really happy how he came out, besides i love the colour red so thats always a bonus.
