I know it's a giant PITA! I used a small knife to separate the tape and when I was able to grab a corner then I peeled them apart. Be patient though.

My Robocop from Loontentoys came with the brown shipper but youre mostly right. My War Machine 1.0 from BBTS didn't come with one and neither did my StormShadow from Japan. No biggie though although I know some collectors won't buy without it.

Loontentoys. He was the cheapest ($349.99) when I bought him back on 10/6. He promised it would ship out the middle of October but it kept getting delayed. Don't get me wrong, EMS can be quick but during this time of the year the hold up is usually in customs due to the higher volume of packages...

I ordered from HK/China assuming I would get it earlier than ordering from Sideshow. Not this time. Nope, no customs fees but clearing customs may take a while if using regular (not fedex, UPS etc) post (EMS included). I didn't even save any money.

Oh, loonten just shipped it out about 15 days ago. But before that there was delay after constant delay with him receiving stock. I'm assuming you got yours from HK/ China first batch.
