Ummm what…this pic is terrible, what the hell kind of pose is this. Definitely not one that will get people excited to buy this 🤦‍♂️

while I really want a TDK/R Batman to go with my InArt joker when it arrives just not sure this is the one and I’ll be waiting for InArts version. This should be available for a while.
Yeah… that’s giving me really bad DX12 vibes. They messed something up with the chin plates. The chins on the 1:4 actually fill out the cowl well and the bottom of the cowl isn’t visible in front view. On this one it’s like the chins sit too deep and don’t obscure the bottom of the mouth opening making all the proportions look off.

I know it’s a different angle but look how differently the chin plate is scaled to the rest of the cowl.

On their IG caption they mention that they “made a few adjustment to improve on the prototype design” guess we’ll have to wait for more pics and video reviews to really see what has changed if anything really was other than the normal drop from proto to production and what others have already pointed out.

It’s not a bad looking figure. But it’s also nothing to cry home about either. Box art is cool though

Something is different/off about the cowl on these production ones. It definitely doesn’t look as good as a shrunken down QS001. I think it looks like the chins shrunk and it’s throwing the whole thing off.

I’m pretty close to just paying to have my screen lineage 1:1 cowl scanned and finally put this fight to rest. I’d really like to see what InArt l does before that investment though.
Has InArt said they are going to do 1/6 dark knight? Even if they were the cowl of their statue is really bad. Is this cowl just impossible to do? Only thing that I've seen that looked good is a modified medicom but thats because it was a scan of the real cowl and even that is undersized.

I think the blogger lightning made the Bruce sculpt look a bit weird but in hand photo look great

If I were an impatient man, which site or sites would I have the best shot of getting a first batch figure out of HK?

The pants are definitely updated from proto. Not saggy and the codpiece is properly sized.

The upper armor is pretty much using armory bats parts/molds, just assembled slightly differently (his bicep armor and gauntlet have a larger gap, the armor at sides of the abdomen are closer together, minor stuff). So it still as the same inaccuracies the old one had, such as the shape of the shoulder armor and the shape of the armor pieces near the cape slots.

They really got the body proportions right this time I’m just nervous that cowl might disappoint in person. The final shots in that video with it rotating look fantastic but when he was handling it the way the chin was falling out near the nose made it look like a derpy DX12z

I can visibly see big improvements on the legs compared to dx12
Dx12 has like this white glue outline on the armor panels but this one has it sitting flush with no outline like the 1/4 qs

The Sideshow video sounds like there is a ratchet join in the torso, which is great.

The booty armor is also actually there now and completely different from DX12/Armory. He no longer has that Hank Hill ass.

They never said they are so I am not sure what that dude is saying...
