Well ... I want to see this. Which is more than I can say for a lot of the Phase Four MCU stuff (haven't seen Wakanda-Whatever for instance) ... mostly because I want to see Keaton's Batman in action and honestly, I'd like to see where they go with this Supergirl. Flash yelling "NOOOoooOOOooo!!" makes me think Batfleck is gonna die.

Thanks to CGI, we can now watch a 71 year-old Keaton Bats move like a Dragonball character -- something he couldn't even do at 37.

I'll pass. Keaton wasn't the only reason behind his Batman being great and none of the other reasons show up here.

Yeah, the movement is a big part of why CGI sucks. It's like these people can't help themselves and they just NEED to make people do things that they can't do, but it only makes it worse.

Best example was AOTC when CGI 3PO was jumping around and bending like Gumby in that droid factory sequence. We are intimately familiar with the very narrow range of motion C-3PO has. As soon as he's flopping around like a fish our brains instantly reject it cause we know it's fake as hell.

Same with Yoda doing his stupid flips...same with 80 year old Indy jumping out of planes and riding horses, and certainly the same with Keaton in his 70s flying around like a bat. It may as well be a cartoon.

I didn't know Keaton Bats was such a clothes horse lol...

I have to admit, the trailer for this intrigued me more than any of the other ones I watched today, but then again the bar was set rather low. Indy 5 looks horrible, while the GoTG3 trailer was rather meh.

Really should have been extricated from the Flash and made into it's own mini movie or short.

I’m shocked at all the negative on this and it just being a trailer. At 71 it’s just great to see Keaton suit back up. As a kid who grew up with this Batman and a comic fan alike, I’m stoked to see this. Funny thing to me is those expecting Burton Batman when we pretty much know we aren’t going to get that cause he ain’t directing lol and even Burton isn’t like Burton back then. He’s evolved a bit

Honestly, I'm suprised by how little I care - I was never going to watch the film due to the Ezra Miller bullcarp, but I secretly thought the Keaton stuff would tempt me at least.... and I feel nothing.
If this was a genuine continuation of Keaton's 'verse then I think I would be very hyped... but in the end this is a clear use of nostalgia bait to sell tickets and it feels like that.
Its like when they brought the original Jurassic Park cast for JW: Dominion - you just knew they were only their to wring out some of that sweet sweet nostalgia cash and that their return wouldn't really serve those characters and the story.
It just feels cynical to me.

I love that Supergirl looks exactly like Lara Lane-Kent from the comics…but they made her Kara instead. You can’t tell me they’re not trying to intentionally piss off comic book fans.

Maybe they digitally embiggened is eyes for some reason.

I'm hyped for this. As soon as it hits torrents sites, I'm gonna download it immediately and watch all the Affleck and Keaton scenes.

Keaton's in his 70s. Of course he looks old.

I don't care about the quality of the movie or it's likely dippy storyline or stupid unnecessary characters like Superwomyn. I just think it's really neat that Keaton put on a batsuit again after all these years, even though he really never had to.

It's like that scene in Birdman when the Japanese guys get all excited cause they misheard him saying he was gonna be in Birdman 4. It was absolutely ridiculous to think he's ever wear the rubber suit again in that movie, so it was funny, so it's even better that he actually did it in real life.
