15th weekend box office made it the only 3rd movie in history to cross 800 million domestic.

Sony without Feige said hold my beer we got Morbius lol
I swear it’s avi arad pushing Sony to do those crap movies . It seems like all the Sony verse crap has his name on it. The guy needs to get a clue. Don’t know what happened between him and fiege but it’s obvious the man wanted to keep spidey from the mcu for the longest time.
Sony is dumb enough to listen to him.

My 4K Steelbook from Best Buy arrived yesterday. It's far from the best Steelbook art I've ever seen, but it was nice to get the disc two days early.
Watched it last night with the kids. Picture and sound are excellent, Disney have been known for their disappointingly thin Atmos tracks but this one is terrific. A **lot** of great bass levels.

You can thank Sony for that. Their discs always sound better than what Disney releases and they include Dolby Vision as well.

Watching it right now and the video and sound are reference quality for sure. Sony usually have great sounding soundtracks on the 4K's. The Dolby Vision is really vibrant with great black levels. Only thing missing are the Imax ratios.

Why is matticus banned?
Guess the thread was warned and I posted again. Do not remember what or where. I don't push the mods so I couldn't see anything until today.
Scandalous. Watching all kinda bannable fools skating under the patchy Mod radar while others get tagged. It's the way of things. The Way of Freaks.
Read the Code of Conduct. Once you read it, you realize anyone is game.

Watched this tonight for the first time. You all might know that I do not watch trailers. I like to go in knowing nothing about the movie. Sure I knew that past Spider mans and villains would be in it but how the story would make it happen I had no clue. When the “event” that happened that started the movie, it reminded me of the first Suicide Squad. I said to myself “ok this is the premise of this movie??” The entire movie was created by the **** Peter himself created. The decision he made at “mid spell” caused the events to take place. Funny if he left Strage to preform the first spell he would be in the exact same position that he was at the end of the story (with Aunt May still alive). So what was the point of this movie? Sure it was nice to see old heroes and villains but it did not feel organic. Best part for me was seeing AG get his third movie. I was please to see TM (my favourite SM) take a back seat and have AG get his screen time. Full props for that. Need to watch again now that I know what to be expecting.

"It's just thousands of people. Like, our visual effects team was by far our biggest team there is and often the leaks don't necessarily come from VFX. In this case, I think they did, or an out-sourced vendor is where I think [the leak] really came from," Port explained. "I think the main thing that keeps people from doing it is just, their gonna lose their job, like, forever."
"As a studio, when Marvel/Sony sends over a sequence to a visual effects studio to begin work, we call that a turnover. And then when they get that, it's usually sent as a sequence, and your name is watermarked across the whole thing...that's sort of the preventative medicine."

Not even a surprise. Past Thor: Love and Thunder, this summer was looking pretty bleak. They'll definitely get some to the theatres for it right or wrong.
