If this is true Lim can make a killing with 1:12 RDR figures. You can have small diorama bases also, I can see the boots also working similar to how they did with their Leon figure.

Doubt it would work as Arthur has specific defined wrists with scars and hair. Plus you'd have to switch the body out on him to use these types of arms.

I believe they’ll plug into any body that has double jointed arms. I’ve seen people do it with some other seamless forearms, OSK has multiple listings up that work for samurai figures.
