Don't bother looking, they are junk. I got one due to reviews here and ended up sending it back. One of the worst pieces I have ever gotten.

Well, that was a starting point. It should be evident that he did a lot of resculpting. I bought the prototype years ago and others since and you can see that he continued to improve it.
Could you please tell me who made these T-800's?

the finishing on those busts are fantastic. But i could never get it being based on the T3 casting. For this reason i went with Howard original T1 sculpt. It has it's inaccuracies but it's my favorite T1 bust to date. I love the proportions of that bust.
This Prime1 head look pretty good. hair definitely needs futzing and the it's not 100% perfect but the head accuracy and finishing looks the be pretty damn good.
It's because of ego. People are paying high dollar amount. So when ppl point out that compared to the prototype, it looks like ****, then the ego gets defensive thinking if they're calling the statue I paid thousands for ****, then they're saying I have bad taste, I have ****, or I am a fool for buying it. It's an ego hit and gets worst the more insecure the person is. I think if they worked on themselves, they would find it far more relaxing to admit yeah Prime 1 did the usual bait & switch on the paint etc. but because of the positives I do like, I am gonna keep it. etc.

What's curious to me is there is no mention of "Terminator" on the images. I wonder if they would have had to pay the licensor more otherwise.

Interesting. It should have come with it from the start. How easy is it to get this jacket on the statue though?

Man this is a joke sorry. They are selling a 3k statue which should come with real leather. That's just pissing on the fan base. Ridiculous!

Mixed feelings at this point. Between this nonsense, the QC fiascos of the last two years, and blocking me from commenting on their FB page (after asking an extremely civil, benign question no less), I can't say I'm rooting for them. Some of their sculpts are spectacular, but I do wish they were in the hands of a better company.

Pfft, it's just a tattered skirt. I can replace that myself with a small sheet of leather (or whatever material looks best) from a craft store. And knowing the depths of my obsession, whatever I do will probably look better than what they'd contrive for an extra $100.
Until we see a lot more in hand pics I won't write this piece off entirely but at this point it's not looking great. The hair is wild and the silicone skin reminds me of the Cinemaquette 1:3 T3 Arnold from back in the day. Similarly it looked decent in the promo pics but in hand not so great.
Comparing it to the Godaiking busts is a bit unfair given the scale, but for me there is no comparison, I own two busts so you can say I'm biased, but to say that the prime 1 piece is more lifelike than these? Not for me but each to their own.
