Asmus Toys: Legolas @ The Battle of Helm's Deep

[Sixth Scale Man]

Just got him out to take a peek, and I got to say, I’m nerding out! Will take pictures once posed etc. but my worry with the slight change to sculpt from the release pictures have long gone. For this to be my first Asmus, I’m super happy!

Looking forward to pics. I wish PopCultcha would get their stock!

Looks great but 2900 bucks? Ouch.

And for me tired of reaching back for arrow poses. After a while feel like I'm looking at an armpit. Legolas shoots lots of arrows - even if a shooting pose has been done. Or something with the twin blades.

Not that I can afford this statue.

That head sculpt is scary real looking. The price is quite scary, as well...

Omg half scale! That would be like having your own mini Legolas in your room. The detail is amazing and should be for that price. The undertunic shirt does look a little too white there but maybe in person and other lighting it would be fine.

That’s a really great looking piece! Even if I had the space for it though, it’s way, way out of my price range unfortunately.

It's driving me nuts that this figure isn't in to Sideshow yet.

If day-1 pre-orderers are still waiting for invoices from Asmus then Sideshow getting stock is probably awhile off yet.

Rovi said they sent a shipment to Sideshow. Also, I believe that Asmus only sold the deluxe and Sideshow was selling standards, which Rovi (I believe) said was what was sent to them, not the deluxe.

Sorry for the delay. Had a crazy week.

Took a couple on phone when first took him out. Then a few on my DSLR once put him in place for better detail. Still working on a favourite pose but beyond happy with him!
