Has Star Trek-y feel to it but that's a good thing. Absolutely cannot wait and yes, I was only planning on Star-Lord but RR is a must as well.

Never really read the comics (not sure what a raccoon is doing on a planet other than earth, and talking no less - that's how uneducated I am ), but that looks good.

I've never read them either, but I do know that the GoG were on a recent episode of Ultimate Spiderman. Spidey kept referring to him as "a raccoon" and Rocket kept saying "I am NOT a raccoon". Apparently he's of an alien race that just so happen to look like raccoons look on Earth.

Rocket Raccoon is already expected to steal the show, and they haven't even cast his voice yet! The high expectations might be concerning, but for me this is the one figure I'd consider out of the whole GotG bunch.
