Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

Of course I’m exaggerating but I’m also biased cos my top two superheroes are still Bats and Supes. And unlike many I approve of how Snyder handled them.

Right now I’m all Marvelled out. But I’m still looking forward to future DC offerings.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

Affleck is doing work out again and feeling better. Good news.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

I'd dig a prequel Batman with a suit that wasn't some mil-spec, muscle suit type thing.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

You know what’s stupid?

They had the damn movie laid out in front of them. That robin suit is a huge clue that this movie was going to be under the red hood. I mean I thought that was the obvious choice. They made it seem like that’s what they’d be going for.

But no they don’t know who they want, where there going, or what story to tell. It’s like studio execs are clueless. Atleast in WB .

Under the red hood would of been a perfect follow up for this batman. After all he went crazy after robin died it seems.
That probably what they were going for a foreshadow in to the next movienkimd of like what they did in Man of steel were in the end the girl says he saved us or did he they were hinting at what the next movie would be about and that is what we got in BvS.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

Idk. All I know is the people at WB must be running around in circles trying to put this fire out.

Is there a DC studios that they can make with the people who create the cartoons or something?

I see it.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

He's sadly now 47 years old. Still better than Affleck though.

He would have been PERFECT when Mad Man started.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

Affleck great Wayne/Batman in BvS awesome look and demeanor, best Batman ever yes better than 89.

Cut to the abortion known as JL and now Batman was the pathetic Super Friends version.

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

I want a Batman film where he’s Batman. Investigating crimes, taking on the weird criminals of Gotham and busting heads. No Bruce Wayne angst, or relationship problems. He’s Batman. He doesn’t have time for that. Throw in some snarky Alfred lines, a little Commissioner Gordon and I’ll be happy.

Almost had it in BvS

:exactly: :lecture

What you just wrote is the equivalent of alien language that WB has no clue how to decipher lol

Re: The Batman film directed by Matt Reeves...again

So true! Why is it so hard for them to do all of those! And I still don't get why Snyder made Superman and Batman killing people. Maybe pre BvS Batman didn't?

I guess he turned not giving *** anymore when Joker and Harley killed Robin. But I grew up in Burton’s Batman who killed people too so for me it’s nothing special.
