I think no. It's all about availability and there's an ancient that was VERY limited and fetches around $1k on ebay.

I'd have to agree... I think this figure will likely top out around $500 with some ups and downs.

Toss a teacup in the microwave for a minute. That's as hot as you'll need. Paint will be fine.

I doubt this one will be as pricey as the others you mentioned especially if HT releases the Classic Pred from the new movie especially if it has a new taller body.

I actually have one as well, along with the exclusive Dutch. Never even got around to opening them. I'm thinking of letting it go to fund other projects/purchases (kicking myself for forgetting about the HT Tumbler).

But theres always that little spec of doubt that wants to hold on to it.

I just boiled a kettle and poured it into measuring jug.

When I took the band off I was like hmm does not really look much different.
But when I put him back on the shelf and veiw him from distance its a whole lot better. They are hanging at the side instead of bushing out and to the back.

Going forward I really think Hot Toys head sculpts would benefit from making two heads: masked and unmasked, for greater accuracy. The fun factor is there with the removable bio but looking at pics of this guy and others the seem lines on the mandibles are really noticeable and add to the inaccuracy.

A fully accurate unmasked 1/6 head sculpt would be amazing!
