Same. I get changing it after all this time but it looks bad. It's not like BvS to JL where it's not as good but still good. It's terrible.

Sorry (not sorry) :ROFLMAO: but I really like this new suit, very close to Returns...

After the fantastic designs of the 89 and Returns cowls the new one is a real step back. Suit is a nice evolution but like all Batsuits the daytime settings are not doing it any favours. He needs to be in a dark Gothic Gotham for it to really work.

Returns, for me, is the peak of the Burton Batman (and the 80's - 90's in general) suit design - unpopular opinion but while I jumped on the new 89 Batman first chance I got if they had put up a 2.0 of the Returns suit at the same time and I could only get the one it would be the Returns.

I really like this suit too - its almost as if they mixed the Returns with parts of the Sonar suit from Forever - I'm trying to stay away from duplicates of the exact same version of a character but Keaton is, was and always will be my favourite live action Batman so a first and last appearance suit bookending my Batman display might be good.

Looking forward to the film (a year ago even knowing Keaton was in it I wouldn't have thought Id say that) and hoping I can get to it before this figure is unveilled.

Not fully writing it off just yet, but from what we've seen so far I'm a little worried that the final appearance we'll get of Batfleck will be in...that suit.

Where da nipples at?

The design of the panther suit was created before Burton was fired, the nipples is the idea of Schumacher.

"These images come straight from the sculptor José Fernandez, who apparently sculpted some armatures of Keaton wearing various concepts for the suit."

Yeh you can see where the suits from Burton's version of the movie evolved into the final Panther and Sonar suits under Schumacher.

I like the Panther suit, I may be in the minority but the nipples never actually bothered me all that much though I have seen several cosplays of that as well as the Robin suit from B&R without them and they do look better without.

I prefer the Returns suit but its all personal preference - plus Batmans suit evolution if you go through Burton into Keaton (with the assumption that in a version of the multiverse its the same Batman) he goes from muscles (89) to a streamlined suit (Returns) - back to muscle based look (Forever) to another streamlined styled suit (again Forever) and back to muscles again (B&R).

The less said about the "ice" suit in Batman and Robin the better - people moan about the nipples on the main Kilmer / Clooney suits but I'd have either of those on my shelf in 1/6 form (Robin and Batgirl too) over any of the the ice suits but especially Batmans.

I'd always read that Burton walked vs being fired though... or is that not right? I know Keaton stepped down once Schumacher came in as he only wanted to work with Burton.
