I've just got the Boba 2-pack on pre-order. I passed on the new repaint and the throne versions. I don't plan on getting any of those. So I can pair Monk Fett with a Tusken and Raggedy Armor Fett with Fennic. I'm good right there.

Yes, 5 years since ROTJ, so it took Boba that long to recover his armour and go about this crime lord lark.
After these "dances with Tuskens" flashbacks, we now know he had fallen in with the Tuskens and presumably spent the 5 years with them.
I'm curious what will be the catalyst for Boba leaving his new family/tribe.

For me, Tusken Chief and Tusken Warrior would be tempting.
Wookie with black fur and silly name - if done well, would be a cracking figure. A must have I think. HT doesn't have a very good track record with Wookies in my opinion. But if they nail it this time....

Thanks! My guess on the catalyst for Boba leaving the tribe would perhaps be seeing Cobb flying by, wearing his armor.

The Black-furred Wookie will look amazing on display. I went back and forth on that one. Most likely would crack on that cracking figure, too...

At this point, i need two gammoreanns and two tuskens to go with either version of boba. I just love the main character flanked by some grunts.

I just hate how they've made the Gamorreans look in the shows. I can't understand why none of them wear anything remotely like RotJ.

People ask for anything and everything on here. It's not worth the fight. All you have to do is look to Hot Toys past and that is a guideline in what to expect for the future. Iron Man, Spider-Man, main characters and troops. Might be getting a second swoop so Mando at least got the vehicle/mount train going for HT.

As I wrote earlier I'd give the following reasons,

I'm guessing they probably did a trial with ROTJ style outfits, knowing that they need to be somewhat agile and fight in broad daylight. Then made the decision to use naturally big guys can move and look more realistic than Jim Henson rubber prothetic outfits".

Clearly they heard the complaints about the skinny Mando Gamorreans in the fight ring scene though.

Boba is a big fan of Marie Kondo and those aliens did not spark joy so he disintegrated them.

Wasn’t complaining, just was amazed people want to buy something after two seconds of screen time. We haven’t even seen a Jabba from HT and people want two Hutts? Haven’t seen an ANH Tusken and people want every Tusken variant from BoBF?

I think some expectations are far too high and ultimately will be disappointed.

Agreed about the Hutts. They won’t make them because they’ll cost a fortune to make and an even bigger fortune for the buyer. They wouldn’t sell enough to make it worthwhile.

I never mentioned the Female Tusken, I assume this is the “she” you are referring too? She is probably the best best to get a figure out of all the Tuskens.

Probably right about the Patrol Trooper, but if you’ve been collecting for a while, you will know too that Hot Toys will make any trooper/armored/sculptless figures they can because they are cheaper to make and sell well. Troopers are different than Tusken’s, Gamorrean Guards, etc…

Personally there are going to be a lot of figures I want from this show if the leaks turn out to be true, like a lot. Even if I don’t like the show, I will still buy certain characters.

As far as figures from these last two episodes, not really interested in anyone outside Shand (would be for the Mando shelf) and Krrsantan since I read the comics.

It's probably easier to sculpt aliens than actual human faces. If you have collected HT SW for a while, you know they barely have any 1/6 aliens so having more gives variety to your collection.

Exactly. Surely Hot Toys has to realise that they need to do something other than troopers.

If there are no troopers in a TV series, then they need the lightbulb to go on and try making a few aliens.They might just be surprised.
