Looks good though I'm happy with the HT version I think getting the cowl and neck from UT is enough of an upgrade.

I wasn't interested in the motorcycle but I saw this cheap spinmaster toy and decided to purchase it, probably with some repaint and mods the motorcycle can Look a little bit decent

New cowl and mouth with moveable eyes. not sure if the eyes are from the HT head or their own. They don't specify in their post.

The below is taken from the caption of their most recent post:
"...The Batman Pattison with Articulated Eyes. This is still a prototype - the 1st try. Still need several corrections. But so far I'm liking the result. The eyes are articulated"

Had mine for a while, painted it up and customize it little bit.
Though it little underscale it still works for 1/6 purpose.

For those already have this on hand, I'd like to ask if it's possible to pose Batman on top of the Bat-Signal? I mean, is there any footing behind the signal?
