Just pick up my Iron Man Mark VII

Some QC issue with the gold painting, some areas are not paint balance (i.e. some darker, some lighter if look close). Back of the body have a few parts not smoothly done, bits are protruding out and they simply paint over. Minor paint dropped at the edge. Lucky is at the back

So far for the look. Haven't have the time to test the joint and parts that came with it.

it sounds like you're unhappy so far. i sure hope quality control is not the main topic subject of this figure. it being so late in release, you have to think that maybe a rush job was done to satisfy the screaming collector that waited a year. that would suck big time as it probably is the most anticipated figure over the past 12 months.

Jesus, after this much time blaming it on a rush job is too lenient. They had a year to get this right from the complete prototype to release. If there are significant and widespread QC issues it'll be an inexcusable insult to the consumers and retailers. Full stop.

I'm not sure how I'm going to display this one yet. I have the BD version preordered too so I'll have plenty of options. I might just put this one in the Hall of Armor and have the BD version displayed with the rest of the Avengers.

I have an Asmus Toys clothing set coming so the RDJ head from this figure will go with that set.

true. they also had released many other figures this past year so if QC is widespread with the MVII, we know HT has too much on their plate.

Yikes...is that the head in the pack with Mark VII....why is it so big on the body??? It looks like it is been added on in the picture over the original head. Or the helmet head is too small....something is off...
