Yeah, I reported those 2 $400 ones I saw. Both claimed it would ship within 30 days, which it won't. SDCC is at the end of July ( the 21st?) and we haven't even gotten through June yet (30 day month). So yeah, I don't think so

I'm not a big fan of the T-1000 as Sarah, I'd rather a straight up T-1000 with bullet holes.

A Sarah Conner that is done well would be great to see. But I don't see the likeness of Linda in this one at all and the red hair looks pretty horrendous.

I'm not worried about hair color, I think HT's doing a bad job of balancing color in these Sarah photos, or they're intentionally tinting them for effect, but either way, I don't think they're true representation of colors, look at the color differences between the proto and shipped MMS119 Sarah.

Even her costume has color tints from the final thing.

Did they change the color of her shirt or is that second pic just really washed out by the lighting? They rest of the figure looks pretty bad, too, but that could just be due to how bright everything looks.

Looks better to me. Hair is sandy blonde and shirt is correct gray instead of green. Let's hope the long-hair sculpt has the correct blonde/brown shade instead of red.

man, talk about being late to the party. dunno how i missed this announcement. anyway...

must say i'm not in the least bit thrilled about this sarah connor release, awesome t-1000 head notwithstanding. in fact, the inclusion of the extra head is a pretty bizarre business decision by ht. and one almost assured to upset many collectors. it's as if they're not confident this release will do well on its own merit, and needed to bundle it with a highly-anticipated character in order to sell well.

as a standalone, i think this is one of ht's weakest efforts in recent times. the hair colour is waaay off, the headsculpt isn't great, and there's nothing beyond the melted grille feet that makes it stand apart as a legitimate 2nd figure of sarah. that alternate "angry" headsculpt should've been included in the 1st release. but i guess that's ht for u. milking specialists. i think this time it'll backfire.

i will just wait for the PROPER t-1000 release...

Well the T1000's head in my opinion is very far from the quality of the T-800/101. It just doesn't look like Robert Patrick to me. Only the hear and the ears are correct. If they release the real T1000 figure I really hope they will improve the head. I don't really like Sideshowtoy's T-1000 but its head has a better likeness. HT's T1000 head is not bad but it can be much-much better. I am not impressed.

And the fact is, even then, the likeness is better than the actual film prop. So you can't even really complain there because IT IS better than the film prop. HT outdid Stan Winston!

When they make a fully functioning life-size animatronic, THEN that statement might be justified. Until then... fail. Actually, that's not just a fail, but a whole fail meal with dessert; double fail with cheese, large fail shake, failfries and a fail sunday with nuts smothered in hot fail sauce.
