Maybe just return it then?
It’s the same as any hot toys or any “toy” for that matter, you have to futz with it to make it look the way you want it to.
That’s part of the whole thing.
So yeah just return it & say your done

Is it possible to futz the suit in any way? Suit pieces on mine are miss aligned like most out-of-the-box pictures here. Thought this was gonna be a home run release to unbox, but nope. Lots of small errors that take away from the whole DX experience.

Neck is rather loose and leans more easily towards one side. Quite annoying. Magnet connector doesn’t work that well, head pops off every time I elevate the head.

Love its eye fixture from the factory. Similar expression I had unboxing it!

I think this is actually one of the better ones I’ve seen straight out of the box. I would just keep it. You may be able to press down and move it along the body to get it to line up but as is it’s ok.

Yes return it; no, don't say you are done. Have them send you another DX19. For the millionth time, would you have bought the figure if they said that the figure may need futzing to fix whatever might be wrong with it? I'm thinking probably not. P.S. I love Hot Toys, but having your interest wane in collectibles isn't such a bad thing. Gonna save ya a lot of time and money in the long run. Hope everything works out, bro.

I don’t think so. The Australian distributor has it listed for January 2023 which pretty funny.

This figure just wasn’t where it needed to be stock IMO. Kind of a letdown that I only love because it’s a better base for customs than anything else. A 1:6 figure shouldn’t need this much help in 2022.

I have it pre-ordered with PC too and when I called them the guy said Feb 2023... wow.
Here's hoping InArt solicit their BatBale before then so I can make a decision on which to buy.

I would be surprised if it’s actually that date, they are just quoting the distributors date and they do that to cover themselves. They get in 3-4 HTs at the end of every month and just got in Jango, Artillery Trooper, Transport Trooper and Taskmaster which puts them around 3 months behind not 6 months. Just to put it in some perspective they have the Batman Forever figures listed for May 2022!

Thanks, that's good to know. The delay compared to HK and SS is frustrating, so hopefully it's only a few months away at the most. I'll be annoyed if I get my InArt Joker first !

Yes, I thought the cowl was good at first but the more and more I looked at it the more I hated the flat detailess temples and sloping forehead. Once I replaced the cowl it was obvious the neck was going to have to go too. I'm pretty happy with the end result but changing the head neck and shoulders is a lot...

I'm pretty happy just adding a little padding between the traps and the suit to raise the shoulders at the neck, I love my figure. I always saw and hated the flaws in the original MMS and DX02, but this thing wows me on a daily basis.
