Very true. But if I listed all the things wrong with the show so far my writeup would be 10 times longer than your typical DarthKostis post.

I'm being totally honest here, off the top of my head the only positive thing I can say about this show after 3 full episodes is that the wookiee looks cool and would make an excellent HT figure.

At least that would be honest. This show is just a lie with Lucasfilm ripping off and using Boba Fett's name and exploiting his popularity to guarantee a viewer base. They didn't actually want to make a show about him, which is now pretty obvious.

I swear, I'm going to be so pissed if all this just leads up to Boba riding his Rancor into the Pykes.

What the hell happened to the Boba we saw in Mando season 2? The guy who brutalised stormtroopers and made them run for their lives.
The guy who killed Bib Fortuna in cold blood, tossed his still warm corpse aside and claimed his big pimp chair.
Now that was a Boba who might have said "you can run, but you'll only die tired"
New Boba "please walk, don't run. Safety first"
He's like reprogrammed Robocop from Robocop 2.

Yeah something like that. Twitter was mad at her and was calling for her to be canceled. Shortly after that Banks announced that she would not be in season 3. I don't think a reason was ever given and I don't think Lucasfilm ever commented on the matter.

If Disney/Lucasfilm don't want their actors posting political stuff on Twitter, fine, but they could at least be consistent.

I really don't want to derail this thread but I do want to point out that very recently, last November, Pedro was posting RIP posts on Twitter for the, not sure how to word this on a forum like this, man who did horrible things to children, that Kyle shot. That surely came after his warnings.
Just seems that he gets away with things others don't. As I posted, they don't seem to be consistent with their punishments.
I'll leave it at that. This subject just causes trouble.

The more I've watched the show and the more I've thought about it, the more I'm aligning to your camp, Turd. Ultimately I'm going to keep watching for the exact reason I should stop watching: Boba Fett is my favorite character by a mile. I wish I could put my head down and ignore this but I can't...I just can't. I will continue to hope for a turn around (unlikely) or at least some cool moments (harder to envision with how badly they've fumbled other potential cool moments). Boba Fett in his underwear! Boba Fett in a bath robe. Jesus, was this a Russ Meyer film??? Thank you for welcoming to the club, Turd!

Even if there was a turnaround of sorts, don't you think it would feel rather cheap at this point? I don't think there is a satisfying way to walk this back, not that I think they will anyway. Maybe there could be a fun action sequence where Fett actually wins a fight.
