Updated Purge Trooper has a bit of a Vader/Death Trooper/Stormtrooper hybrid look to it.

I’ll miss the Clone Airborne helmets but this looks promising.

Still prefer the Dark Airborne trooper style from the Fallen Order game.

Cannot see enough of that new design to tell if its better but i'd grad a Airborne Purge Trooper from Hot Toys anyway. One of the multiple options in their hands for a quick exclusive release.

It’s supposed to be closer in design to the Rogue One troopers, although not exactly alike.

Hard to see what those Purge troopers look like, unless they are simply the ones which MyenShi pointed out from a different angle with the mini Vader helmets.

Aside from Obi-Wan and Vader, the Purge Trooper and at least one Inquisitor are probably on the table. And based on what I’ve heard from behind the scenes, I believe that does line up with what the Purge Trooper 2.0 is said to look like.

How many figures make it past the prototype stage will ultimately depend on how well the show is received and the subsequent demand level for merchandise.

I am hoping they give a Fallen Order Purge helmet with each Purge Trooper, like the CW Clone Pilot Helmet. Very doubtful, but I am hopeful.

Lucasfilm is doing a great job. With their track record, you can trust in their decision making. Star Wars is better today than it ever was.

I love all the negativity before the show is even aired. It’s almost like certain elements of the fanbase get off on Star Wars failing. I’m guessing it’s more hatred directed towards Disney than Star Wars itself. Whatever happened to wait and see and give something a chance… you never know you might surprise yourselves and enjoy something for once ;-)

On the flip side of that you have MCU fanboys who lap up everything Disney serve up. Most of those Disney+ shows have been mediocre at best, yet the way they talk about them is like they’re the second coming of Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones. What an odd world we live in.

I think I've given them plenty of chances, thank you very much. As you can see, one (Mando) does not look like the others. Keep waiting for a new, impressive Jedi, but failure is set to repeat.
