I'll be in the minority on this but I'd pass on those two and would rather take two more from the Covert Green chick one for sure though.

That's what makes the possibility of season 3 so interesting to me. The dynamic between the more militaristic Mando's led by Bo, who wants to make Mandalore great again vs his Zealot extreme coven, who live on the run. And with Din stuck in the middle holding his Darksaber.

But it is a great lineup, with maybe more to come. That diorama that they finished on was certainly strange.

Starting to wonder if Luke is canceled along with Slave 1 and Gina. The story group people seemed awfully pissed when Favreau didn't let them in on the big secret appearance.

Exactly. This will clearly be "the way" of S3.

I'd say a high chance that HT do a "no-name" Mandalorian like they did for the "no name" Deathwatch figure ? Essentially the equivalent of an easy Stormtrooper release.

That's my first time seeing those. Thanks for that now I want them all! The green chick would be fairly easy for them to do as her design is similar to the Night Owls. I also like the dude middle bottom.

Story group haven't done much up until now anyway. Which is a pity in some ways. There was potential way back before Ep7.

But now they're fully involved in this New Republic s#*t, so leave them to that I say.

Filoni > Story group anyway.

Unsure whether they meant just that day or for the rest of the week.

I think I'm the only person who isn't bothered about Mando Luke. He looks far too similar to ROTJ Luke for my liking. That's why I find his look on that poster more exciting, even if it is only fanart. Although the similarities to his TFA outfit are a little disturbing. I hope when they inevitably bring him back on Disney+ they change his look from the ROTJ look to more in line with his Dark Empire look.

....but officially licensed is the exact opposite of fan art.

Im actually kind of dismayed by this new art. It gives me the feeling we're not going to Mandalore after all, that we're going to keep on bEing Grogu-centric and my heart is sad. I do hope Im wrong. Is Luke about to be a main character? This is not the way.

Dont get me wrong i love Grogu and i dont want him to completely vanish, was just hoping for a new direction.

Dark Empire Luke is the type of thing that Filoni or Faverau would lean on to influence the look of say Luke in his own stand alone show I reckon.

As for Howards "What if" type characters for Marvel say. eg Iron Strange, Venom Deadpool etc. I'm sure he'll get to Dark Empire Luke when the barrel is looking empty. But at the moment there's a lot more to go imo.
