It would have been great...and very easy to portray Boba Fett as Boba Fett. Unfortunately you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. If they did things the right way now it wouldn't make sense. Continuity matters, but not to the morons at Lucasfilm.

They pushed the envelop a bit in with Dr Strange in the MCU. If they want to try the same with SW, BoBF S2 is a good place to do it. Limbs and heads flying, disintegrations, more flame thrower kills.

Season 2 BoBF Will be way better, Kathleen and the boys haven’t let us down twice on the spin. Plus HT new Boba figure is a stunner unlike most of the other new HT figures like Purge Trooper and the awful new Obi Wan figure.

Temuera Morrison gets it. They've given Fett more Maori influences, like bringing him back, and know Morrison has a fanbase so hopefully they're taking his thoughts into account.

Morrison might have the right idea about a few character nuances but he is a big part of the problem. It's blatantly obvious his body type is wrong for Fett and that he isn't athletic enough for the part. When he tried to run it looked ridiculous. Then there is the problem with him taking his helmet off all the time and smiling like a jackass, Fett isn't supposed to do that. They shouldn't be shoehorning in Morrison's background either, he is playing the character of Boba Fett not the other way around.

Hmmm....Fett is found dead in his white BF-monogramed bathrobe in his liquid tanning bed at the Jabba's Palace spa. The Hot Topic clerk girl rides her Vespa to the spa, takes the armor, paints it pink and names herself "Boba Heart". She fights crime on Tatooine better than Boba ever could and joins with Reva and Fennic to open a bar where all the credits go to aging t'welek dancers. The end.

I assume it was supposed to work in conjunction with the Wookie and the overall geography of the scene but they totally screwed it up. They could have cut it but dammit they were determined to have that spin.
