Creature from Alien is best. Aliens is my favorite of the movies.

I must confess I've never seen Alien 3 or Res yet. The original Alien though is my favorite both movie and creature though.

Favorite movie: Aliens

Favourite creature: Alien 3 - a logical development of Giger's concept and closer to the creature that Giger himself would have had in the first movie if technology had allowed it.

The creature design became a bit generic after A3.

wow, you're gonna rank a Paul Anderson movie over a Jeunet movie? really?

Jeunet brought nothing other than a fancy look to the film - it was still crap with cartoon characters, and the total demystification of the alien. At least AvP had the benefit of novelty with being the first film to pit the Alien against the Predator.
