For the last time guys, Oldman's license wasn't included hense NOBODY has made Gordon stuff. Not eve a T-shirt. Its not HT fault. They WANT to make a Gordon. Perhaps in their military line they will make a "police commissoner?"

Thing is, Gordon is still possible, just requires going the extra mile and negotiating with Oldman's people not just WB.
Which would make him more expensive, and if they can't sell Joker numbers of him, it might not be worth it to them.
