Star Lord came today and unfortunately he has a bit of staining. Oh well, I’ll just deal with it since I ordered off of eBay and the seller didn’t have any more. Other than that I love the figure. There’s so many options that I was just messing with it for a while before I even brought out the camera. I really don’t like side eyes on figures, so I’ll probably always have the helmet on like I assumed.

With the visible neck joint Star Lord is a helmet on only figure for me.

Seems to be. I like the rocket boots better than the jetpack. They also have the added benefit of being able to display with the jackets.

Got an extra Star Lord helmet sculpt for $14. Light function my be broken but its gonna be used to plant hair on it anyways.

I prefer the rocket boots as well. Not only can you display them with the jacket like you said but I also like that he is more capable and more versatile all the time. He doesn't have to go back to the ship or go find Rocket to be flight ready.

I think I said exactly the same thing about a year ago

Not going to get a chance like this again for a cool core GotG or Marvel setup. That's what I've aimed to do.

I ordered the 2049 K from KG Hobby. Not bad all the little accessories you get. Wooden horse etc. If a far superior sculpt comes up I can always swap it out. But the sculpt isn't too bad.

BR 2049 was just such a great movie I had to get something from it.

Just wish I could get a 1/6 Spinner to put beside him. That would be cool. Probably difficult to make from scratch.

Same here, not that it stops me from trying lol. I have started to experiment with adding in backgrounds, which I think helps a little.
