Indeed. I like the head on the HT figure better than the actuall movie Pred but the perfectionist in me hopes HT makes the sculpt more movie accurate too.

If you will go back and re-read my original post, you will indeed see that i WAS being "nice". I simply wondered if that kid posted here, and if so i was curious as to why he felt the need to call us "_____es". Why is calling someone "_____es" considered "cool"?
Anyway that was pretty much the end of it from my end, i said what i felt i needed to say (the "right" thing), and then thenammagazine chimes in with his bs "newb" comment like he owns the place, and ineffect "tries" to put me in my place. Ain't gonna happen. What nammagazine fails to remember is that he himself was once a "newb" as well, and that he is above nobody.
Neca berserker looks nice for the price. Probably just get that one if this one doesn't have abs.

I kind of agree with Vortex; however, I don't take what P!tu says seriously because I know him. So it doesn't get to me.
Now if a complete stranger walks up to me and asks "How's it going B$@#H?", we'd have an issue. That's why I can empathize with Vortex' argument.

Easy solution, just don't click on any post by P!tu. And you said "stop calling us "_____es" as if you were speaking for the rest of us. We, who know P!tu and are familiar with his 'humor' don't have a problem with it. And can speak for ourselves. Thank You.
P!tu's enthusiasm is what makes him awesome. I remember watching his early vids with the first HT Preds. That ____ was hilarious... We know P!tu and like him just fine. Last year at Spooktacular, he awarded me Puerto Rican love as a Chat trivia prize

Vortex, spend some time getting to know people here (everyone has their stuff and the internet's a weird place with all sorts of users), and you'll have a pleasant stay. Otherwise, every negative comment will lead to an argument for you.
If this still doesn't help, use the Ignore feature (though I would never use it on P!tu... hell, I don't even use it on Nam -- he actually makes some pretty valid points at times).
Like it or not, you're almost implying your being above these guys, whatwith calling them children. I'm not going against anyone here, but you're judging these people and you barely know them. You may not be a "newb," but you are new. Getting on a high horse after a simple comment like "What up, _____es?" and preaching your maturity over other adult members on a collectors' board doesn't make your argument any wiser than their's. Just saying.
NECA's sculpt is indeed awesome, but if you shrink down the size and add NECA's factory paint application, it won't look as pretty. NECA seems to suck with intricate paintjobs... except for on their Gears of War line. We'll just have to see. Now is anyone thinking that not only the sculpt, but NECA's prototype paint apps look more accurate than HT's?

I'm not sure, HT head scuplt not so likeness, I think Neca's is better, what do you think?

Doing some late-night thinking here. Dev's take on the possible unmasked color schemes was interesting...
...but after looking at how much more vivid and colorful the movie merchandise is opposed to the actual movie designs, we might see greater differences between Falconer and Tracker. We might also see brighter, more vivid colors in the central region of their heads. Here's my mock-up of what I think HT's work will look like. I got this idea after looking closely at my NECA Falconer. They used green for the outer scaly parts, but where the concave ridges and warps began, they used yellow. I figured I'd use that way of thinking for these:

That looks pretty cool blade. But I'm thinking the parts that are red on berserker, would be the parts that change color on the others though maybe not...cause you see that color popping out the side of falconers mask where you have it already ...hmmm

well I meant like...the red on berserker would be turquoise on tracker etc...but we've seen the sides of the preds heads and they are the colors you have em already. so my idea doesn't have much foundation to it.

Ah, now I see. I went with the NECA Falconer's idea. There seem to be two colors to each Pred's body. The primary body color (Falconer is yellow-gray, Tracker is roughly the same but with a bit more gray), and the secondary scale color (this is the darker color). I used the primary color in the ridges and the secondary on the outer scaly patches.
Falconer's dreads didn't turn out as I would've hoped. For starters, they're supposed to be more of a dark brown color. But you get the point.

Either way works. My original point wasn't so much to guess what the paint schemes will be, more so to suggest that Hot Toys WILL reuse the Berserker head sculpt and just give each sculpt a unique paint scheme. As opposed to a completely brand new head sculpt which is what some people suggested. HT will do what they always do, color palette swap.
They learned that technique from Mortal Kombat and Scorpion/Sub-Zero.

btw, I just noticed that the Predators movie thread (in the film and tv section) is now gone. Celtic, if you're reading this, you're acting a baby who just dropped his ice cream cone and subsequently killed a Predator, who tripped and fell.
Blame the ____ faces who wouldnt hold up a conversation.
All that thread would lead too is me getting an infraction over some dumb____ _____ing about nothing. So suck it Trebek.
If you wanted to talk about Predators...you would've. You didnt, and that's the end of the story.
