From watching OMG's video, the top Armour discs holding the cape have pegs on them

I think they plug into holes in the armor.

Wouldn't it be more appropriate for the sleeveless though? He usually has the cape on when he has armor activated doesn't he?

They've done it for both, which makes sense as if you have the poncho fully covering him then you can't see if he is sleeveless or armoured anyway.

Really bothers me that they can sculpt Thor's hair but not Widow's. It feels like an old standard that really needs to die "All male figures must have sculpted hair and all female figures must have doll hair so they look pretty."

Looks like they didn't touch it, after all the rave reviews they got from the head sculpt prototype. Probably why it's coming out so fast too.
