Does anyone know what type of body the unmasked head can go on?
I'd like to make use of both head sculpts.

I put mine on a HT bootleg body i bought on Ebay. The $25 body that comes with hands, feet, extra neck connector and thigh pads.

Sorry if this has been asked but can the part of the mask around the mouth be removed (ie is it fabric) or is it moulded?

The fabric is tucked under the face plate (like the HT Batman removable mouth pieces). Might be best to try avoiding it when handling.

The face plate isn't meant to be removed either BTW

Are you referring to the Hitfigure Muscle body? If so, either of the Storm Shadow headsculpts won't match the body as both sculpts have built-in neck. Hitfigure's perfect for neck-less heads.

Your best bet for that bash would be a TTM21 regular.
