Hey guys mine just arrived in the mail today and opened it up at work lol, There are lots of reviews out there and everyone knows about the good and the bad so im just going to post my pics of the helmet. Just my 2 cents, Its been a long wait and im just happy to have received the helmet and no damage to it i am also happy i was one of the few that i know that i got the free Vader helmet from eFX. It's a beautiful helmet even with it's cons and flaws

PS. No it did not come with that stand that is in the pictures

This picture I found on FB showing the bottom of the helmet really shows the jaw flair...

That should be flush with the sides...

BBTS just shipped mine and I can't wait to compare it to my Lone Wolf helmet. Looks like they had some cancellations too and they show in-stock there right now.

When this drops to $499 I’ll pick up. Lol. RS clean is $750 shipped. To Rich for me. As much as IS Vader. Cmon.

There’s so many Scout helmets just sitting on ebay give it a few months and sellers will start letting it go for best offers.

EFX Scout helmet arrived. Like I said before I wasn't expecting too much difference from what I've seen from collector's pics already.
The helmet is quite heavy, shiny and looks solid, coming with a nice COA, but is not as accurate as it could have been. The jaw flair and the big visor gap are the most prominent issues with this replica. My visor closes quite ok looking from sides, but looking from top it the gap is wider on one side than the other.

The visor itself has some accuracy problems as well. The snout is not that sharp, but was expecting to be softer so it is ok. The stand looks cheap, but seems reasonably steady and solid, still is definitely inferior to other EFX stands. Price is quite high for what you get in the end, especially for international collectors who weren't bribed by EFX with a free Vader helmet.

The overall appearance is ok, less accurate than RS Prop Masters and maybe even LoneWolf, and looks better than Altmanns, the other licensed high end Scout helmet. An ok replica, but inferior to previous EFX LE helmet replicas. It is not the worst Scout helmet out there, but definitely not the best.

Comparison EFX vs LoneWolf (LW) vs RS Prop Masters Scout Trooper Helmets:

The gap is big, but it also looks like that because of the angle the photo was taken. That gap was quite unnecessary since with smaller gap you can open and close both my LW and RS properly. But you can flip over the EFX visor, though not sure why would you want that. The EFX helmet is not the worst Scout helmet out there. There are angles where it looks quite good. But overall it has some issues, to be expected on a PCR or Black Series helmet, but not on a LE. EFX could have done a much better job, but rushed it in the last months as a result to their long delays and people rightfully complaining to Disney. Quite unprofessional from a company, which made some great pieces in the past too...

I thought the eFX looked bad by itself.
But when shown next to the Lonewolf and RS offerings, it looks like a toy.

Tell someone to look at the three Scout helmets and ask them to guess which one costs $700 usd.

Discussion about EFX lid on BSN, the top they made I agree with. Like I said from most angles the EFX looks cool, the problem lies with lateral (more or less, depending on luck) and looking from top (again more or less, but the gap is still big):
