Placed my 1st order in Oct 2011. Last week #50(fox) came and today #51 (War Machine) ships . My GF also collects these item's also.

I feel you bro. I started collecting in March this year and now I have 27 Hot Toys without counting the soon to arrive Red SKull and Captain America : Rescue ver.

They are just addictive.
I got like 12 or more on pre order... it seems they are all coming 4th quarter and some in 3rd quarter, so got to $$

that's my view on collecting. i pretty much buy the ones i like and the ones i think look great as a figure.
but i only collect this, many of you guys collect status, etc. so your money might be divided between companies and types of products.

As for me, I did some kupup on Starwar items. I have items on order but I don't count them till I get them. The Droids is where the big number comes in. I got 12 sets of them. They have to have armor of they don't get added. So far this month I got two WM & Fox, the hut will be here sometime this week also. I also don't collect PF (other then the super evil dude and lady death) so that helps.
