That's because it's almost the same identical shot of the T-Rex chasing after the jeep in Jurassic Park.
I think Hot Toys is making a Queen and probably already has much of the prototype built. Why even say it's back on the table if you're just going to disappoint fans again by telling them it's a no-go?

Well count me in for an alien queen to square off against my new awesome power loader with Ripley! I am sure I'll have to do the "flex-pay" payment plan for the queen from Sideshow like I did to be able to afford to get the power loader...but that's okay. She's long overdue...bring her on!

A friend of mine is a walking encyclopedia of the Xenomorph and Yauta Backstories ( Or, Fluff, If you prefer) Here is what he's told me about the "emperess" version
Firstly, It's called a "War Emperess". It's the ultimate evoloution of an Alien Queen. It's bigger, and Faster, and stronger than a regular queen. All queens can evolve into one, it just takes time. The first step is detaching itself from the eggsac. After that it takes a few days for the changes to take eplace. The molt, and molt, and get bigger and bigger. A War empress Is an evoulutioniry step that is designed to do one thing. Defend the nest. It is a last line of defence in the event that a hive colony comes under attack. He also tells me that, in theory, given enough time, ANY queen will evolve into one. The age, and relative size of the queen in avp accounts for, and lends weight to this idea.
