Pure lazyness on hot toys behalf..... If they can make the battle damage on the Iron Man Mark LXXXV battle damage figure look as good as it does, why can't they do the same for this?

Initially I had little interest in this figure, but with the EG CM coming, I'm feeling tempted to pick this one up to go along with her!

Hmm, yeah I'll probably end up picking this one up as an accessory for CM

Still had my heart set on the clean armored Thanos but now I’m a little torn.

Not enough battle damage for me. I’ll stick with my regular armored Thanos. It’s such an awesome figure and don’t need the “Tony crapped in my cereal” sad sculpt. I will admit this new sculpt does look much less sad in this final product compared to the protos. Not bad at all

TBA doesn't seem to have any stock of the regular armored Thanos. Wonder why. He has pretty much everything else Hot Toys have ever made.

I have seen it, and the Mark 85 battle damaged version has more battle damage than the battle damaged Armored Thanos.........

Not enough battle damage here to make it worth the investment in another Thanos for me. And the battle damage that's there doesn't look all the great due to the lackluster paint detail. Was hoping for something closer to this with more scuffing / weathered look:

Aside from the gauntlet and "defeated" sculpt this is an 80% reuse. HT just shredded up the top part of his armor a bit. Typical lazy BS

The BD on final version seems even less than the prototype lol Missing A LOT of detail and cracks in his armor. He had whole chunks missing and the weathering overall is super lacking. Not enough change to warrant a purchase if you have the first version imo.

Also don't care to have a defeated Thanos on the shelf. Gonna stick with the Infinity Gauntlet version. Maybe pick up the base and nano gauntlet once it's parted out.
