It's pretty questionable that's for sure. I haven't read his feedback but it's 97%+ with over 300 reviews. If the shipping time wasn't next century I'd risk it...I'm impatient

Anyone who gets an Origins Wolverine for $250 and doesn't realise from the word go that it's a fake is an idiot.
An original jacket alone will be $100 and the same(or more) for the head.

It said 10-20 business days for US/GB. So I'd imagine if it doesn't arrive within that frame, I can open a case for it.

It's fake. The seller's been doing these for a while now with various Rare figures, a good number quantity at a low price BuyItNow. Some of his feedback even states they are fake/fraudulent, and a lot of the positives are with low feedback buyers, most likely the seller's own people.... BEWARE
