Yeah I guess. In some cases it can be sensitive to ask for vendors to declare a lower value, but I guess I won't be buying directly from Enterbay anyway if I'm almost guaranteed to pay extra every time. I did the math and ordering from Timcent might not be that much more expensive either. There is always the very real possibility of extra handling fees when something gets caught in customs, so it can be worth it to decide to pay more beforehand just to avoid the aggravation.

I think the US customs laws are more relaxed when it comes to private imports than ours. Mostly socialist (in spirit if not politically right at this moment) Europe wants to stick their fingers in everything and have a cut for doing nothing of value.

Maybe you will get "lucky" and pay more import taxes now with a protectionist in the white house.

If I remember correctly, Enterbay declared a low value on the package. So import tax was exempt. But I think legally, they're not going to tell you they will do that

yea looks like real person if you just loot at the top half of the picture.

the bandage seems more like glued on than sculpt, possible to remove it if you want an action face but you'll have to repaint the damaged area, unless they use hot glue.

are the eye balls movable?

for value declaration, i think, China & HK vendors are more relaxed, Japanese are pretty strict even for private sellers, though some smaller brands & sellers do do that. American big sellers generally give you the illegal to do so statement.

maybe you can try order from HK online shops if EB doesn't do that. Shipping should be not too expensive.

If someone is interested I got a response from Enterbay and they said so far no customers have had to pay tax or something to that effect. So I will try my luck and we'll see.

Anyone know is it possible to get the Newspaper he was reading before the shooting scene?

Also might not be relevant to the figure but can the barrel be filled with water or does it leak?
