Just no! The Crow will forever be Brandon to me. This cash grab is destined to fail. If writers weren't so busy going on strike, maybe they could come up with more original ideas......

FINALLY a Crow movie for modern audiences. :rock

I'm still cracking up over who's got the "First Look" for this movie. Is there anyone on the planet who hears the words "The Crow" and thinks Vanity Fair???? :rotfl

Also, it looks like they modeled the character after Pete Davidson...

Look at this ugly thing. I hate it.

But I'd still rather watch a trilogy of movies starring this ugly doll before I'd sit through ol' Nipple Eye even once.

In the late 90s that image would look edgy as **** - today he looks like every other vaping dreg at the mall.

When your little sister has a sleeve tatt and as a furry expects to be medically treated by a vet you know it's time for movie studios to dig a little deeper.

Not that I haven't seen a lot of weak writing over the past decade or so (at least) but I don't think the real problem is the writers, it's risk-averse execs and accountants along with a complacent mass audience.

Really too bad... I thought the casting choice was very good.
As much as I like the original Crow film, it was not a particularly good comic adaptation, as it was really very different from the book.

It might also be that I suppose. If there were more original ideas around, maybe it'd cure the complacency a bit. Sometimes too much faith is placed on movie grosses. That accounts for tickets sold, it doesn't account for anyone who thought the movie sucked and walked out before it had finished.
