Love it, But I love the idea of unconventional crossovers and the wackier they are the better:
Predator on a safari hunt of different slasher horror film icons? I'm in
A Game of Thrones style historical political drama interrupted by Predator killing the king? I'm there opening night.
Predator in Looney Tunes trying to hunt Bugs Bunny? I already have my popcorn.

Honestly this franchise and alien have lots of staying power. And people don’t like the sequels all to much. I honestly think the merch sells a lot

They could kick that up a notch if you ask me

To be fair, "the bad guy wins" is a tough sell to most people = nevermind risk averse movie execs.
Which is a pity as many of the movies where they do this turn out to be incredible and memorable.

Make the protagonist a Nazi.
