Same here fellow NYer! It's always a bit of a wait with shipments from Sideshow. Initially said Monday but it now updated to Tuesday

Same. Ive just been watching the videos and look at the amazing pics. While I dont have the BD version in hand, it doesn't look like a rehash of ESB. I had that one, and the BD version looks way better as far as proportion and tailoring.
Really wondering now why I ordered the deluxe version, as I'm never going to use the undamaged Vader parts or alternate base. I guess because the price just wasn't too crazy at $329? Or I got caught up too much in the hype and excitement?
Personally I want the Damaged Vader but prefer the Deluxe base. That is why I went all in.
Definitely a pretty nice pickup for an extra $30. Two helmets, two control panels, two really nice looking stands. Easy choice for me.
Exactly! Especially when you consider that the undamaged helmet alone will more than likely go for $50+ on the aftermarket, it just made sense to buy the deluxe. You could more than likely sell all those extra parts that you may not want and come out better than had you just bought the standard outright

This is also one of the only few times, if ever, you'll see a deluxe version from Hot Toys have both the standard base and the deluxe. 
$30 difference between the two is nothing for what you're getting.

I mean, you did see Revenge of the Sith, right? He burnt up... everywhere.
I'm eager to have someone measure this Vader. He's looking really tall in Justin's review against all other Vaders. I know a lot of people like to fantasize that Vader is well over 7 feet tall but he's really supposed to be about 6'6''. Curious where this one's height lands him in reality.
