Yeah, there's likely to be some surprises in Season 3 that'll easily make for new accessories for another set. They already can with what we've seen of Grogu's new accessories alone.

Jedis were a bit of a surprise, but they’re clearly holding back on the Mandalore stuff. Didn’t even show Bo K in this one.

The Jedi looked like a flashback of protecting Grogu during Order 66. Is it possible Hayden will show up in this too? Grogu’s background is one of the most interesting elements right now.
Didn’t think of that. You’re probably right. Another order 66 flashback makes sense.

I want details on the Jedi that were shown. Kinda curious about that.

Are they flashing back to Galidraan...? Because that would be veddy innnnnn-teresting if they did. I dont see Disney allowing that. But it'd be interesting.

Could we possibly see Jango? nah, we ain't gonna get that lucky.

Verdict: still interested, but not losing my mind over this.

A reissue of Sith Anakin is inevitable at this point. As a matter of fact, Hot Toys have explicitly teased him already.

I'm happy for all the background details; proper use of droids, aliens, creatures, ships (which Mando has been pretty good about overall).

Coruscant. ****ing finally. I'm so glad the planet is getting screen time after being slighted in the ST and almost getting blown up by JJ.

And TIE Interceptors. My favorite TIE. They've always deserved to be utilized far more than they've been.

Mmmm....we'll see. Yes, that poster is pretty hideous. At first glance, I thought it was a gussied-up blogger shot of the new figure.

The trailer had a few interesting shots. So a visit to Coruscant? Nice. The "beauty shot" of the destroyed Mandalore City dome looked great. The Order 66 glimpse is probably a "gotcha" moment with what's behind the door. Got a feeling once that Grogu back story is revealed that a lot of folks are gonna be disappointed. Might've been better remaining a mystery, but that's not the Disney way.
The planet with Karga (Weathers) looked like Galleria's Edge...sure that was intentional. The "droid bar" also looked very fan-wank figure wish list...visit the droid factory back at Galleria's Edge! Now there are two of them...Babu Frick puppets that is. So R5 has a second career...hope that motivator's been fixed.

I'll give it this. It looked different than the previous seasons so that's something...they're not repeating themselves with this show (yet). It also had a busy "cartoon" kind of vibe too. Have to see how that plays out. A lot of fans will probably dig that. Me, not so much.

Looks ok, but I'm growing tired of Grogu. Grogu should've stayed with Luke for a bit so Mando could've had a solo season on Mandalore without having to worry about him, and then reunite them in season 4. But, it's Disney and they need the cash cow for the kiddies. Although the market seems saturated with Grogu merch that isn't selling nearly as well as in the beginning. So not the best strategy.

It seems the industry has forgotten how to build anticipation for/towards something. They want it all now.

Everyone can stop the collective gnashing of teeth over Disney’s shoddy handling of their beloved Star Wars. All will be corrected later this year in Ahsoka…..when Ezra Bridger uses the World Between Worlds to return the Six Sacred Kyber Crystals to their original universes, effectively clipping all of these aberrant branches from SW canon.

:chase

That trailer did nothing for me. I'm over the faceless hero, and it's tough to go back to this after seeing how great Star Wars can be with Andor.

I watched the trailer and saw a bloated toy commercial.
