Looking at the Infinity War IM I'm so glad I got this guy reduced in an Xmas sale for $287 !

He was expensive enough, but $407 for IW IM is crazy money !

So glad I used my $50 code that SS sent to get this.
Getting this for under $300 is actually a steal compared to the new HT Ironman Price.

Agree ! I mean it is special being die-cast no question. I'll never forget taking it out of the box. The weight is amazing ! Plus all the lights etc

I recall thinking this is the most expensive HT I have ever bought, even at that reduced price !

You've gotta be pretty committed to spend $407 on this guy.

Same here. I actually like the IW armour, but I’m happy to settle on the 46 as the Iron Man on display (got him at the same sale too!). My Marvel shelf is a hodgepodge but I love it!

I knew this may be the epitome of Iron Man. The 46 is organic in that is has a muscular human form...but also retains the robotic and industrial aspects. It is what i want in a higher level Iron Man armour. Sophisticated and sleek but still feels very Iron Man-y. I don't care if it comes from a comic book or not, the Inifinity War armour simply looks so out of place and diverges greatly from what I like in IM armour. Maybe it is unique...but I do not like it

The IW design seems like a combo of the 45 and 46/47 design. Less alien than the 45 but more organic than the 46/47. I like it (not the price) but i like them all :lol

Looking forward to seeing what it can do on April 27th

I'm thinking about getting a Soap Reactor for this. Having the batteries in for so long is making me paranoid. Problem is I can't find the reactors on Soap's website (I've also heard their website is terrible anyway). Anybody know a good place to order one? Couldn't even find one on Ebay.

Since there isn't a mk43 thread anymore i will ask it here. If i wanted to sell my mk43 for funds towards this mark or perhaps the mk45, how much would it be worth?

If you wanted a quick sale, prob 250 but I think you could get closer to 300, especially if it is the exclusive.

I usually check ebay to see what people are listing them for, and check the sold listings as well. You can get a general range of what to expect. Looking like a $300ish range.

Not sure what's up with their site......try emailing them at : [email protected] (found on FB)

So for those that have both which IM is better? Mk45 or mk46?

Had the Mk45, sold it once I had the Mk46.

It's always going to come down to personal preference, so it's hard to be objective.

Personally, I like the return to a slightly more "robotic" look vs the "organic" looking Mk45. In addition to that, there's also the amazing headsculpt, the additional arc reactors which are stunning once all lit, and shoulder pads that can actually hide the shoulder gap.

Yep Mk46 is the best. Those covering shoulder pads are very underrated imo. They help a lot to make him look good in various poses.

I love my 45... but having the 46 for a couple weeks now it is superior. As others have stated those shoulders are quite underrated. I actually like the base better too, and yeah that headsculpt even with the black eye is fantastic.

Now if you asked me to pick between the 46 and the new Diecast 6 I seriously could not pick as they are IMO the best representations on new and old. Both amazing figures.
