I only have one naked Arnie and I'm using the Dutch body - terrible legs though. And I switched out the original Dutch Legs with T-800 legs but it's still awful, the thighs now ridiculously wide compared to the waist.

I have a 136 head on a ttm20 nude to represent the T800 from salvation as its the only look from that film. If I were to have an arrival scene T800 I would want a diorama base to complete the look property.

Nice idea with the arrival scene but just like P. said I would prefer to see it like the 'face on knee' display just like in the picture.

Just thinking yesterday, although Hot Toys long ago teased a 1:4 scale Police Shootout T-800 (failed to deliver and hoped we'd just forget about it), I always would have preferred a Tech Noir T-800 at that size.

If there was to be just one more 1:4 scale Terminator figure I'd definitely go with the Tech Noir T-800. It'd be a nicer visual contrast to the Enterbay BD Uncle Bob than getting another figure in a black leather jacket.

Buuuut anyway, we don't need to concern ourselves with this. Enterbay are dead for movies and Marvel and Star Wars have taken over 1:4 just as they did 1:6 from Hot Toys.

I would be seriously tempted by a 1:4 scale Tech Noir, not a big fan of that scale but for a figure like that I would make the exception!!

I think HT is done with the Terminator after Pops is released- I just can't see any more new stuff coming...

Bite your tongue! How could they just drop one of their best lines? Maybe we won't see a steady stream of figures, but they can't be done. They might not make any more Genisys figures, but I'm still hopeful for a Tech Noir 2.0, a proper T1 endo, an 84 Kyle Reese or anything 1/4. I can dream.

Either one would be fine for me. I want a 1:4 T1 Terminator.

The big appeal of a Tech Noir Terminator is it hasn't been made very much. There's the one Hot Toys figure and the NECA figures, that's it officially. Compare that to Uncle Bob who has had quite a few statues and figures by now - none of them perfect but that's incidental to the point that Tech Noir is relatively under-represented in the land of collectibles. Even Police Shootout has the Sideshow PF in addition to the HT and NECA figures. We need another Tech Noir.

^^:lol :lol :lol

Or not.

Maybe HT should drop the license and give someone else a go. But if they didn't, a Tech Noir 2.0 could be great. They could get the outfit more accurate in colour and the headsculpts could be better....on the other hand the headsculpts could also be worse so.....

Regardless, I definitely think The Terminator is worth more than just NECA and Hot Toys' initial attempts. Surely at some point it has to be done again. NECA will likely make ''Ultimate'' versions of their figure with new articulation in the legs - I'm very much looking forward to that - I'd hope HT see's the worth in doing more T1 figures aswell or lets go of the license to let another company give it a try.

I wouldn't mind a Technoir 2.0 even though I'm pretty happy with the first release some improvement could be made, but the problem is hot toys never really completed the T1 line to begin with, not including the 7-8 year old Reese and Endo, those need 2.0 versions the most, they could have easily made them to re-launch the line with the Police Shoot Tanker T-800 which was a good figure aside from the T2 body fail. A T1 Sarah would have added to the line as a toyfair exclusive, heck we got a Maria Hill, they can make Sarah:lecture

well...
next HT terminator figure might have a headsculpt huge exactly enough to fit 1/4 scale!
