Personal opinion but I get the impression they're just dicking about with this licence. I mean we don't have a Doc Brown figure, or any hints of one coming any time soon. Yet they go ahead and promote a SECOND DeLorean prior to launching the first as well as show a Marty from BTTF2 with the exact same sculpt - ONCE - and then it does a "Ripley" and disappears off the radar.

First DeLorean is guaranteed, Marty (BTTF1) is released. I'm not holding my breath for more in the immediate future, if you held your breath for "Ripley" you would have asphixiated to death by now.

i dont know whether to get part 1 marty (just got most of my refund back from onesixthbruce) for a higher price, or wait and get this guy instead. the hoverboard and boots are too iconic to miss out on!

i dont know whether to get part 1 marty (just got most of my refund back from onesixthbruce) for a higher price, or wait and get this guy instead. the hoverboard and boots are too iconic to miss out on!

I doubt we'll be seeing this version somehow. Like someone said its just a case I think of 'look what we can do'. Would it make sense for them to release a part 2 version with the exact same headsculpt as the first version. I dunno just thinking out loud. If they were going to release it we would have seen it at other events by now. Its now looking like ripley from comic con 2014 to be honest.

I've always assumed this would be shown and announced this year because it's 2015 after all. I bet this goes up for PO in Oct. 21, 2015 for obvious reasons.

Saw Marty at a con in Guangzhou yesterday. He had a few more accessories than I've seen before. The cap looks pretty rushed and is hopefully placeholder for something a bit more special.

Yeah, they've shown the Nike logo since SDCC. I doubt they could have done those shoes without getting explicit permission. But it's kind of funny seeing licensed Nike stuff and an unlicensed Pepsi bottle right next to it

I also hope they can find a better material for the hat. Plain silver isn't going to cut it.

Awesome! Pepsi Perfect, the newspaper and hopefully the hat will be like the film in its final form. I feel confident they'll show him on Wednesday the 21st of October, 2015.
