For instance i went to buy the Jetsons S1 on DVD only to find it's not for sale in the UK.

Are you telling me you don't have a multi-region capable machine of any form or type? Frankly, in this day and age, I'd find it hard to swallow if the answer was "No". The very fact that you mention the other region indicates that you are fully aware of the differences and probably the ways round them. Let's face it, you can find your way round tech easily enough and well enough to download it.

Even if the answer was "no" and using your exemplar you've got the choice to buy a multi-region capable player (like the rest of us) or to steal it. And you - by your own admission I should add - would chose to not spend any more money and steal it via download. But then I bet you'd not like paying the import duty you'd incur on it too, right?

Not complaining just stating the facts..If I have the opportunity to save some cash I'll take it. I enjoy watching my programs ad free when ever I like.. And I never download to make profit from it.

No, you just get things that do no belong to you. What you describe is no different from seeing a really smart watch that you like the look of in a shop, going in, making sure no one's looking, and taking the watch and walking out.

I don't have a multi-region player, i use my iMac or PS3. And like i said it's not released in my country for me to spend money on.

It's not my responsibility to find a way around region coding in order to buy it from another country (if that was the case then they wouldn't release anything here and expect people to get a multi-region player and import it from another country), it's not distributed or usable in my country they don't want my money for it.

Downloading it wouldn't be the same as others since i can't buy it, i wouldn't be choosing not buy it, i couldn't actually buy it if i wanted to (which i went on Amazon.coluk to do)

You have a PS3. Given most BRs are region free, I'm calling BS. Though it's not much of a step down from thief to liar.

I noticed today that iTunes will not be offering an 'iTunes Extras' package (e.g. deleted scenes) on their digital release of this movie, so for those going to buy this next week, beware.

I'm not sure if I'll wait until Nov. 9 or go the iTunes route. The deleted scenes is kind of a big deal for me.

Yeah, that's what I'm tempted to do. I'll be getting a $4 dollar off coupon, so that's a nice incentive. But with my Blu Ray player on the fritz....decisions, decisions.

After watching the DVD rip i torrented,(the moral police still butt-hurt over this? LOL) i have to downgrade the film a bit from an 8 to 7.5 maybe even a 7. It's a good start, but like many it just was not needed to go through origin again.

Still better than Raimi's start, but i'm sick of the same ol same ol. I hope they move on from HS crap in the sequel, and go in a totally new direction. Again very good start, but let's go already!!
