To me though that's Predator. The cloaking does look great in the new films but you can't take away those thoughts of when you saw the cloaked P1 for the first time on screen. It does say in one of the behind the scenes clips that is was their decision to leave out the dreads.

Why Warrior and not Elder is beyond me.

or make a main predator that was the main character like Berserker or Wolf, that is beyond me, They had the opportunity to give us either one in 18 inch version, specially when they could apply good joints to Wolf,

that kinda pissed me off,

Because, his body sculpt is exactly like the P2 they're releasing.

All they needed to do was sculpt a new mask, change the paint app and BAM...different figure.

It's cost effective for them. They did it with the Gort mask on the P1 body.

I would hate if we got a couple of Obscure preds from P2 clan and no 18 inch Berserker, that would suck...

Mr. Black has an entirely different body sculpt..so it makes sense for them to make the Losties first. But damn, how beautiful would a 1/4 scale masked Mr. Black look? And Falconer, and Tracker...uhg so visually appealing.

I recently watched Predators yesterday for the 22nd time and forgot just how much I loved those designs. Especially Falconer.

Such a beautiful design.

But yeah, when someone asked about an 18 inch P2 Elder, NECA said somthing along the lines of "We'll be releasing a few members of the Lost clan before we get to the Elder"

So I'm guessing we'll get Ram, then masked P2, then one-two more Losties, then Elder.

But damn, 1/4 scale Losties. Who'd have thought they'd happen at 8" let alone 1:4.

Just not sure if, and I don't normally use this one, I can afford to give over that kind of space. Thats a lot of big predators.

As for the super-preds - if they were doing them at 1:4 I think I'd prefer new sculpts. The small figures were thin and flimsy. The articulation could do with an upgrade anyway.

I picked up the ToysRUs exclusive Cloaked Classic Predator over the weekend. There's nothing new about the sculpt, but it looks great!

That's one thing that I won't have to wait in line for at Comic-Con. I'll pick up the Cloaked City Hunter when I'm there. I'm off to a good start for Comic-Con!

Is the cloaked Jungle Hunter even going to be at Comic-Con? Some people are saying it's both a SDCC and TRU exclusive, but I thought it was just the latter.

After announcing figures from Aliens in Feb 12, they won't be shown til Feb 13.

from what i remember, it's a Toysrus SDCC Exclusive that would also be sold at the brick & mortar stores. i guess they decided to sell them at the stores ahead of Comic-Con.
