Mine had a couple of spots under the beltline, wiped it and had zero problems since.

Bought mine the day it was released, on eBay.

Also, they have the V1 Joker on "CLEARANCE" for $149.

I'm not sure about the info they have on that site. They also have Wolverine up for $159, but when you look in to it he is listed as sold out.

I called and they advised they have a bunch on pre-order for Jan 2011...The only thing I don't understand is why they charge you if the the fig's won't go out until 1/11

I have purchase many items from them and they are really good about their items. Wolverine is out of stock for sure.

i didn't see it, but I saw the V1 batman on pre-order. but I have one already but just find it funny that after it being out for so long, some where has it on pre-order

The only Hot Toys Batman I see for pre-order on their site is the v1, not the DX...

Hot Toys is so done with the DX02 Dark Knight with all the problems that I don't think it's a factory reissue.

I made an order as soon as I saw the DX's up there. Of course they'd messed it up and put the wrong one up: they're only selling version 1 and my order was cancelled. Yaaaay. Nothing like getting your hopes way up, only to have them dashed, to have your day ruined.
