Noticed that but I really think the cape will be fine once we've had a chance to experiment with it. I'm happy with the Begins cape, could hang better but it just takes some futzing and the right pose to make it hang natural. No way would I display a Batman figure without his cape. Seems wrong or something.

I am customizing my batman begins figure from hot toys, the neck and the cape...working on it, photos will follow.

because the official cape and the 2 clips are just wrong and way off...

is this a different body than used on the Dark Knight figure? so could this body make the batman look slimmer?

It is basically the same body with wider shoulders (the prison break true type). You will not get Batman to look slimmer with this body. I guess you could buy a Michael Jackson figure that has the slimmer body but then the suit wouldn't fit on well. You would have to design your own batsuit to fit the slim body. Getting the Medicom version would be a lot less work and cheaper I would imagine.

As far as I know the body that comes with TDK Bats is the same model being used with Michael, in fact I read it was pioneered with this figure so that they could get the shoulders to waist proportion correct and natural.

That custom sticky/endo gun actually looks pretty good.

There was an image published of the body along with the figure changes a few pages back here, the body is the same as a standard Ture Type, they just made the shoulders tighter to the upper torso to make them less broad, something that should be done as a standard practice on all their figures, it's the big flaw of the TT, all figures on the new one look to flat and broad shouldered.

Mods aren't going to make the Terminator gun into the sticky gun, quite different, it'd almost be like starting the gun from scratch. The closes weapon I've seen to the sticky gun would be the HT Aliens Marines pulse rifle.

Pretty sure the final shipped cape isn't that one though, the shipping one touches the ground some, the one from the booth display is off the ground all over, no point touches.

the third one alone could pass for the sticky bomb gun...i dunno how youd make the muzzle smaller if thats what the difference is

I'd actually say the GM94 looks closer of thos choices. The other one looks almost like a pistol, but the sticky gun really had a large rifle/canon look to it.

Do none of you guys know what the Sticky Bomb gun looks like? First i saw that someone thinks the terminator plasma rifle looks like it (it doesn't), and now one of those? 0_o

There's no clean images around of the full gun for reference. At this point, folks are wondering if there's any gun that can easily be modified to pass. I don't think any gun really comes close to it. Like I've said, the Aliens pulse rifle is the closest I can think of and even that's off, but they share the same geometric look.

It really depends on the scene. In this scene he has an exposed neck.

I'm sure you can add the Bale head onto the armored neck, I believe the cowled head should be separate from the neck and use the same ball joint as the flesh neck, probably just folks using the flesh neck because they think more of the shot of Bruce in the penthouse decowled, at which time the neck armor was removed.

i really really want to order this but its the first figure that ill get that has a body suit and it kinda scares me. should my concerns be warranted or am i just over thinking about it??? moneys real tight right now and i just dont know what to do
