Thanks man. I've been tweaking it quite a bit. Before I had just removed the plug all together, but I wanted that secure connection that the ball and socket offers. So after I removed the plug from within the head, I sanded down the top (that pushes up against the head) so it can sit deeper in said head. This meant that I had to sand down the ball joint on the neck, so it too could sit deeper along with the plug. So the flat part of the ball, is flush against the top of the socket. Then I removed a small amount of silicone from the top of the neck so it wouldn't push the back head up. Between all of this, I was able to remove the giraffe neck look while still keeping the ball/socket function of the joint. The plug is still removable, so I can always add some material to get the height back if I want it later. Though I doubt I will.

Hopefully this is helpful to those who want to do the same. It's a pretty easy mod, just need sandpaper (or a dremel) and an exacto knife.

Here's the modded neck and modded socket from within the head.

Here's the end result. (I also weathered the 84 tiara and armband to work with the JL armor, since the new tiara is much more accurately sized/shaped)

Great mod. May I know how did you get the plug out from the head?

Has anyone tried putting the WW84 headsculpt on the Justice League figure? I am wondering if it works...

It's a nice figure but to me all the wonder woman headsculpts looks off...just doesn't look like gal Gadot to me. Probably the best ones are the jnd statues but no way can I afford that. I am hoping that inart will be able to make a good one of gal wonder woman.

Do people here, prefer the sculpted hair 84 head or the golden armour head? This is in terms of likeness to Gal Gadot.

Golden Armor.

84 is a nice looking figure but I don’t think sculpt looks like Gadot. I am sure others will disagree :)
Yeah, I put my golden armour sculpt on the 84 body and put a knockoff head on the golden armour body with the helmet on

Golden Armor, but the sculpted hair head has a decent likeness to it that's hidden by the sculpted hair hugging her face. When pulling the sides of the hair apart, I can see an improved version of the Training Armor sculpt (angry, fierce); but the blobs of hair on the sides throw it off for me. A rooted version of this sculpt (with more of her face showing) would look pretty good, especially for more action-oriented poses. Meanwhile, the GA sculpt captures the warmth that Gal brought to the character, and that's what I think of most about her as WW.

To bury the lede, I finally picked up this figure (exclusive version) with some expiring rewards from Sideshow, and with the GA head on it, it looks fantastic. It's definitely replacing my JL figure, though I'll need to source another harness if I decide to display this figure with it (I already have the sword/shield from the solo movie). Part of me wishes I had been able to get the WB100 version, but I might actually like the vibrant colors of this figure more than the muted colors of the WB100 release.

With a custom head sculpt

That would be nice upgrade head for the Sideshow figure. Would be cool if it had alternate hair pieces to switch between the open look like that and one with parts of the hair in front of the shoulders similar to the HT sculpted hair head. Very nice work nonetheless :clap

I will die on my own hill that the training armor headsculpt is the best Gal likeness (90%) and the rest have been at best 70%-80% likeness, with BVS being the worst.
But saying that I still like the Golden Armor, 84 and JL headsculpts, it’s just something is off about all of them.
